Celeb trainer Harley Pasternak, who has trained the likes of Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga, is currently posting from Hong Kong. The trainer has been enjoying a stay at the luxury Four Seasons hotel, where views of the city make a striking backdrop to Harley’s outdoor workouts.
Anna Kaiser
Shakira’s personal trainer Anna Kaiser has been sharing one of the singer’s favorite moves in a video on Instagram, but set to a Christmas soundtrack and while wearing suitably festive red workout gear. The trainer also offers some alternative equipment to make it easier to do the move from wherever you’re celebrating the holidays.

Like Anna Kaiser, Blogilates founder Cassey Ho isn’t traveling this Christmas, but is instead working out at home with a Christmas twist.
